Practicing Reiki is a deeply rewarding experience and greatly adds to health improvement and consciousness on the planet.

It is a Japanese system of natural healing which was introduced to us by Dr Mikao Usui.

There are three levels in Independent Intentional Reiki.

Reiki I

Level one Reiki introduces you to the background,  healing energy and basic hand positions.

You are also introduced to the power symbol. At this level you are able to heal family and friends but not charge for any of your services.

Self healing is highly recommended at this level to firstly make you accustomed to the energy and secondly heal any issues that might come up for you at a mind, body and emotional level.

Reiki II

Level two is therapist/practitioner level and you receive a further two symbols to empower and enhance your healing skills.

You are taught distance healing. This level allows you to charge for your services and set up your own practice.

Reiki III (Master/Teacher)

Level three and Masters is the highlight of your Reiki journey and enables you to teach and attune others to this wonderful healing art.

You receive the final sacred Reiki symbol, the master symbol.
